Ahhh this ended so adorably! I'm glad you decided to finish it. I think my favorite part about this was how perfectly you wrote this feeling of tense sort of deprivation. I was so into Kyle's head the entire time, I found myself getting emotional whenever he was and I was totally aching for some kind of resolution. It definitely made the sex scene THAT much better. So, good job on really capturing what the bundling experience would really be like, particularly with someone your entire being was aching for from the start. This was really great, in that way; heartbreaking and lovely at the same time. I really hated Kenny, and I almost never hate Kenny (except, well, when Stan/Kenny is involved, so that's why).

I'm so out of practice with reading fic and leaving reviews, so I'm sorry this is so much shorter and lamer than my reviews usually are for your stories!

PS: So if Marshlovski is their new last name... does that mean Wendy and Token's new name is Blackburger? Blackaburger? Blastaburger? This is need-to-know information.

I had fun writing this Kyle - he's prissy and uptight but he's also got good reason to be a wreck about this pressurized situation. And I'm so nervous about writing sex scenes lately, possibly because I've written a lot for this couple already, so that is good to hear ;_;

I never hate Kenny, either, but I'm increasingly into making my faves the villain (with the exception of Stan and Kyle, they are blameless angels) in a hopefully canon-compliant way. And yeah, Stan/Kenny is only there for sadness and desperation, as far as I'm concerned, though I love the idea that they have a weirdly intense friendship.

this is probably by far one of my most beloved style fics ive ever read. like, ever. and i love all your fics so much but something about this one is just? it's truly breath-taking. i read this with my girlfriend, and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. the tension and anxiety, why i was refreshing for days anxiously waiting for an update!!!!!! your characterizations are always so perfect but i feel like this one really takes the cake. i was so invested, and right next to kyle the entire time practically s c ream ing stan you love him!!! stay with him he's your match for a reason!!!!! me and my girlfriend teasingly called kenny the 'woodland pedophile' and the little bit about eric and who is so obviously butters is just heart warming. this entire fic was so so heartwarming. definitely my favorite out of the fairytale series (and i loved the bunnystan one and the cow kyle one SO MUCH

I'm so happy that you like these characterizations for them, because I am very invested in who these characters are ~~to me~~ at this point, haha, but I feel like it's right with what the show demonstrates, too. I'm glad the tension worked! And lol @ 'woodland pedophile' - yeah, Kenny was creepy in this.

Amazing! This played out in my head just like a disney movie - until the last part of the ceremony anyway ahem. I lost it when I read Marshlovski - it's a really sweet notion, but heck it sounds hilarious. Stan and Kyle will now be known as the Marshlovskis whenever I think of them.

Kyle's nightmare about nobody wanting Eric - also hilarious. I kept picturing his bloated, sweaty face swaddled in blankets - poor Butters.

I felt a lot of sympathy for Kenny in this fic. I know he comes across as a bit of an asshole, but any possible romance with Stan is doomed if Kyle is in the picture. It was fitting that he had no place in the town, in this universe I could only imagine Kenny finding his true purpose alone. And if he'd spontaneously died on the journey with Stan - poor Stan.

Overall it was a really sweet, original story that had this mythological feel to it - I can imagine Kyle reciting it to Ike's grand kids, and getting a mixed reception.
