sleepmy daily routine has been bothering me. i wake up at 2 or 3, take a pain pill, go to work at 5, try to sleep later. then i can't because of cramps in my stomach and legs (i'm a wimp when i comes to these - plus it makes me hate being female) so i take another one. then it keeps me up until 5 6 or 7am until i get so tired i just pass out and ( Read more... )

Much love to you. You don't have to eat only rabbit food--just limit your serving sizes and don't keep eating until you're full. It's awesome that you're doing so well!

Nothing disgusting for me to say today, which is very confusing.
Just glad to hear you're taking everything in stride. Soon this journal will be disapeared or boring, how sad (have another one?).

My advice on sleeping is chugging Nyquil or melatonin. Melatonin is more cost-effective, but if you don't go to bed within about 20 minutes of taking the pill, it's less effective. Glad everything went well.

hey, you don't know me, but i've been reading your journal (sorry if that's creepy, but i completely support you). a friend of mine went through the same thing with her abortion. drink a lot of chamomile tea and try to take some B complex and calcium vitamins everyday. this should just about get rid of the cramps. pregnancy tends to deplete calcium from your body and horrible horrible cramps are its way of telling you "hey fucker, i need calcium"

not creepy at all! that's the point. :)

bodies should do something more obvious when telling us what they need. like if your piss is blue, i need calcium. we could post a chart in the bathroom.

i have some multivitamins that i wanted to take the whole time but just didn't. i'll get on those.
