We having been having severe connectivity issues.  The DNS servers for our internet provider seem to keep going down.  Of course, when you call customer service, the assumption is that the customer is an idiot and the problem is all on the customers end.  Yesterday, my husband spent 2 hours on the phone, going through the motions, before convincing ( Read more... )
