Is it a bad thing that I am so much more productive when in the middle of a massive panic/anxiety attack?

If you're still feeling your feelings, I don't know that it's a bad thing. I'm thinking about wishing I could do that, but actually get a little anxious at the idea. (Not a joke. Really.)

Oh, the activity does nothing to blunt the feelings. But considering the amount of adrenaline that was coursing through my body, along with the raised heart rate and blood pressure, it just seems a pity not to DO something with it. And I tried very hard to stick to working with those things that issued the attack, so by the time I had calmed down at least some of the triggers had been dealt with.

Except for the fact that it was a very productive morning (started before 5am) I am glad that this doesn't happen very often!
