+ CHARACTER INFORMATION +
Name: Lisa Silverman
Series: Persona 2
Gender: Female
Age: 17
Social Class: Upper-ish Middle class

Past:

There was once a little girl, whose parents were Japanophile. Said little girl was born and raised in Japan to become a 'Yamato Nadeshiko'; the perfect Japanese lady but to the disappointment of her parents, the girl instead grew up to be the complete opposite; a tomboy.

It wasn't really Lisa's fault that she turned out that way. She was often teased for her different appearance as a kid, then later on how she was terrible with the English language despite being a full-blooded American, that and the expectations of her parents eventually piled up on her until it was too much to bear and she just...snapped and decided to rebel against them; first by becoming a manly girl who mimicked kung-fu from various martial art movies, picking up Cantonese and then much later did some…really awful things which her parents probably still don’t know about. As for the kids who used to tease them as kids, she'd spite them by using her unique look to become one of the most popular girls in school.

Personality:

Lisa fits two stereotypes; the tomboy and the popular bitch; she's loud, energetic, has a mean temper when provoked and can be rather superficial at times. As she was often teased about it back when she was a child, she's extremely self-conscious about her western looks and grew up wanting to make up for that by climbing the social ladder and inevitably turning into a status whore. She's definitely not the damsel in distress type and is more likely to whoop ass than let someone save her.

Although she could be very stubborn and persistent, unlike the stereotypical popular bitch, Lisa is not immature and could deal with things such as jealousy like a logical adult could (...even if there are times she might end up finding an unwilling human punching bag to vent it out on later).

Abilities: She self-taught herself this strange kung-fu-like style from the various Bruce Lee movies she's watched, and really can kick ass with them.

From those same martial art movies, she also picked up fangirl Cantonese.

Clubs: It's unlikely that she'd join a club since she values her free time.

Why did they choose to go Wishing Waters Academy? The friends at her old school were talking about how mysterious and cool the school is, so she’s interested. Staying at the dorms and being away from her parents was also a plus.

Does your character believe in ghosts?: No.
