Some same-sex couples choose a male friend that one of them wouldn't mind being with and that they know would relinquish rights. May not be what you want, but that's how some avoid the ridiculous expenses and loops same-sex couples have to jump through to have children. Just a thought.

I know, but that still doesn't help gay men or couples who have a difficult time getting pregnant. It just shouldn't be so difficult for good people to raise a child (not saying that gays are automatically good people, but if they prove they are...)

No, I know...it sucks. Gay men could do the reverse...find a woman that is willing to have a child with on of them and then relinquish rights
