1st- Smoochin'
2nd- Groping, fully clothed
3rd- Groping, underwear only
4th- Making sexy time!

I... uhh... I hope that's what you meant and not like 1st base = dating, 2nd base = going steady or something. Cuz... cuz otherwise I'm gonna feel kinda pervy DX
