there's an html code that will block certain ip addresses from being able to read your journal/view a webpage... but if the person really wanted to see it, they could always go to someone elses computer to read it.... cuz the ip address will be different
also, if they have a livejournal, you can block them... im pretty sure...

wait a minute
ok. here's an idea. if they have an lj, add them to your friends list, and then customize your friends groups, so that theyre the only one who cant read your journal, and when you post, click the custom thing for who can read it
that way...... nevermind. cuz then its friends only.
