Maybe, or maybe not.

Though much of the evidence agrees with you (the firsthand type included).

It all depends-upon how you define "too much". Sadly, there is a huge gulf between my definition of that term, and that of the world at-large.

But My OVER THINKING friend that is the point of a broad quote such as that. It can apply to many different situation and everyone has a different life a way of acting thus the ambigous definition can fit anyone. Yes it makes paranoid people more worried that they are thinking too much but they're paranoid anyway and would worry away most everything anyway.

But my dear man you prove my quote by over analyzing it ;-)
