I can see being nervous about the whole submarine commander bit. That said, of course I'd be available to answer any questions about tech in the FMP world if that's a concern. XD

Yeah, that's always been my biggest roadblock with her, most of my knowledge is limited to...things that have nothing to do with submarines. XD But yeah, I have you and I've already bugged Caleb for ideas of books I can read and stuff for that too... :|a

IT'S A SPECIALTY A sidenote in submarines. The author specifically said that a lot of the submarine scenes, and especially a lot of the third book (which is of course the finale of the first season) are based on "The Hunt for Red October". So that might be a place to start. :V
