Plotting/musing.

Just a quick thing so we can exchange ideas/headcanon without clogging up your post. I played her for a very short while over at Ruby City so if you are curious to see what I have of her, her application is here.

What kind of things did you have in mind for Signless, and were you looking to RP anything in particular?

I don't have an LJ for Sufferer, but I can make one ASAP! I just read that, too, thinking it was what you meant to link, so I have everything needed! C: ( I was so confused XD )

Hmm . . . I have not gotten to practice long with him - my close friends and I have been working over twitter, thus that's where I've gotten most of my practice at this time.

As I'm working on his before the torture, he's seen as a rather calm creature, due to his upbringing, perhaps has some anger issues ( thought they're hard to strike ), and passionate about his sermons and beliefs and what not. That's about as far as I was able to get before losing track of myself.

For plotline . . . I have no preferences at all, since I've never had the chance to throw him at someone yet! Perhaps something casual and small, and then after grasping more personality and such something more detailed? c:

Haha, my bad! xD That all sounds pretty good to me. Maybe just something around a campfire during their travels?

That would be fine.

How do you see their relationship/beginning of, by the way? I haven't developed how it started, so I'm a little blank there.

Hmm. I haven't thought overly much about it. I figure it took a while for her to gain the trust of the others, and it was more of a professional sort of relationship at first, with her just putting his word to paper.

Maybe it just sorta grew naturally over time as they traveled together, and for a while both fought it since they knew they had their mission to think about. I'm not entirely sure how/when exactly they decided to stop putting their feelings aside tho, hum.

It had been yet another long night of travel. Disciple had been very glad for the chance to rest her feet, but now that day was coming was coming she found herself unable to sleep. As a whole, she had become accustomed to sleeping without the aid of sopor slime--something they had all needed to cope with since recuperacoons were not exactly something you could carry around with you. She somehow doubted this was what kept her awake, perhaps it was just a restlessess, a wariness of what was to come ( ... )

It had been a hard journey thus far. Thinking of what was still to come made the bones groan, exhausted with just the little bit of progress made. Even as he idly dozed and attempted to dream, he knew it was far from over. It was going to get worse, too, he knew.

No amount of preparation was going to be enough, he knew. But if at least one, two, people listened, and those that supported and followed him never gave up hope, then he was happy.

He'd get a few hours, just enough to let his body rest and let the ache settle in. The soreness could be felt as he slept. It was almost obnoxious.

She paused in her writing for a moment, to look at his sleeping form not too far from her. A warmth filled her heart and she smiled, picking herself up a bit so she could move towards him, and tug the blanket up to his shoulders, covering him up. She knew how restless his sleep could be at times, between the aches brought on by so much traveling, and the visions that often came to him.

It was strange to think of how easily she accepted these visions as truth. When she had first met him, while she had been incredibly moved by his sermon, and most definitely curious she had been a bit skeptical. Yet after coming to know him, and learning of how honest and genuine a troll he was, she truly believed in him and his visions. She only wished that they did not weigh him so.

More often than not it. . .was incredibly strange to know he had "followers." The few that loyally walked with him were even more baffling at times, if only because his ramblings were often viewed as those of a speck of filth. Sometimes he prefered mad-man over the former. But knowing it was possible to change the hearts of others . . .

That was what made it all worth while.

He was so thankful for the small pack that decided to follow.

It took a moment to really acknowledge, he drifting in and out of fuzzy sleep, but a pleasant warmth surround his form. Suddenly that ache was soothed, but only a little. It'd make him smile, eyes opening and blinking to focus.

"You should be resting."
