Wow!Who had thought I´d come to actually like PAloma?
You have an intriguing way to describe your characters. And I like it! But that you know already!
I can´t wait to see how Richard will play along and how the whole judge will play out...

Respect, honey! You´ve done some very good research. The whole thing feels real and convincing. Good work!!
And, no news, I know, but... may I say I just LOVE!! how our two ladies have that sweet and alluring aura in their relationsship?
I very much enjoy all these little touches and kisses, the pouting and appeasing and ... everything. ;)
Thank you! It´s always a pleasure to read your updates... :)

You know, I decided to write Paloma in a way that would make it very difficult for anyone to dislike her - including Kahlan. Women are always pitted against each other. It's such a played out trope that I can hardly stand it.

That stereotypical woman scorned thing is boring and not particularly creative.

I think Richard's testimony is going to catch Mike off guard. Richard is likable and comes off as very genuine. He's definitely going to help Cara's cause.

Thank you so much for the visit!

There maybe a twist regarding the diplomatic immunity, I'm not sure yet. I think Richard and Paloma are going to be very compelling witnesses.

As I mentioned in the previous comment, I wanted Paloma to be the type of person that hardly anyone could dislike. In terms of Kahlan's reaction to her, I think it helped that Paloma was completely transparent about her relationship with Cara, and her willingness to sacrifice herself for Cara's sake, without asking for anything in return.

Thank you for the visit, it's always nice to have you in the neighborhood.

Paloma was quite the surprise and she must love Cara too much because she has gone to great lengths to help her . She even got married ! I am impressed by her in a good way as is everyone else I guess . And one more time I'm going to say how much I love Cara and her slightly childish behaviour . She is sooo cute !

As Kahlan put it, Paloma is a class act. And yes, she absolutely loves Cara. Much like Kahlan, I'd definitely marry Paloma!

For as much as she tries to come across as tough, Cara just makes you want to tickle her.

An amazing new chapter!
THANKS for writing and sharing and I'm never tired of repeating how much brilliant are your tale and you!
The fairy tale counts a new character other than Sleeping Beauty, Lawyer Charming and the Teenage Bitch... Catalonian Voldemort! I dunno if you were thinking of HP with that she-who-must-not etc but i figured precisely that when i read!
And she's charming oh yes e everybody's crazy bout her... to the point that they don't see the holes in her story.... hehe but i do! I mean she was on school trip back in mex city or what? And if she cares so much why didn't she helped cara instead of busying with filming? I have my theory but i'm keeping it to myself for now. I drop two words alone: rats and corpses... uhmmmmm

That's interesting. I really don't get a nefarious vibe from Paloma at all - maybe because I have a bit of a crush on her. She reminds me of Victos Laszlo from Casablanca - all noble and altruistic. She also has that old world elegance and grace that makes me swoon.

My only concern is whether or not she going to make out of this story in one piece.

Thanks for reading.

Actually i don't think she's evil. One who comes from barça cannot be that! But i think she's keeping things from the ladies. Otherwise why not telling cara that she had the precious tape when they skyped?
