That is a useful skill to have. Battles can slow travel. Are you tired? I can show you to the Pokémon center to rest, if so.

I'm not really tired. I can run all day! But Strawberry seems tired...

We only stopped once, when Strawberry found a lot of yummy fruits for us to eat.

It's the Pokémon Center. It's a place of rest and healing for Pokémon. There are places to eat as well, if you're hungry.

Have you read the trainer's handbook? It gives tips on battling. Strawberry knows attacks and when you battle she will trust you to pick out the right ones so she can defeat her opponents.
