Finally getting around to doing a Character Relationships chart!
Based kind of off Rise's CR chart which was based off of the template from flowervillage, plus me messing with tables a lot until I got something I liked the look of! I spent way too long messing with tables for this. orz
Key:
Using Social Link Ranks instead of color gradations within color levels, and since Naoto fails at/doesn't think about romance with most people, it's its own separate symbol (❣) with independent levels. Music notes (♪ or ♪) track smaller changes; gold is positive and black negative. Accumulating enough will up (or possibly down) a rank/color level.
☸: Rank 10-- BFF with very deep platonic love, respect and trust. And/or family.
☸: Rank 8 and 9-- deep friendship. Blossoming platonic love, with deep respect and trust.

Rise is one of Naoto's closest female friends and is a force behind Naoto discovering her feminine side. Rise is the one Naoto will go to with "girl troubles" and Naoto trusts Rise's judgment on feminine thing, ...except cooking. Rise is also responsible for Naoto being aware of Kanji's crush, and giving Naoto the idea that maybe romance might be possible, mostly due to her shipping of the pair. Naoto recently opened up to Rise about not thinking/feeling she's feminine and Rise was bumped up to Rank 8.

Kanji is one of the friends Naoto identifies with on a personal level with the most. His struggle to just be who he is, non-conforming likes and hobbies included, resonates with her. She would probably confide in him and spend time with him more often than she does if she wasn't keenly aware of how uncomfortable he can get around her. (Rise has now made her aware that it's probably a crush and she...has no idea how to react to that.) She is currently confused and doesn't know what to really do about him being from a different time. She has lots of logical excuses not to tell him she's a girl, and she's admittedly a little afraid of his reaction, but at the same time lying feels wrong and she wants to tell him. Dilemma! Chie is a very good friend, and the fact that she is a tomboy is a comfort to Naoto. To Naoto it kind of means that Naoto can still be a girl without having to make herself over into someone really feminine like Rise or Yukiko. Another person Naoto considers a good friend. For as many times as Yosuke sticks his foot in his mouth and annoys her, he finds ways to unexpectedly please her somehow too. When he isn't sticking his foot in his mouth, Naoto quite enjoys his company and finds him insightful and entertaining. She found his great excitement on arrival amusing and endearing--she won't admit she was excited too, when she realized it was true. Yuiko is the most adorable ever. She reminds Naoto a tiny bit of Nanako and Naoto finds Yuiko's enthusiasm and emotive responses endearing and a little contagious. Yuiko rose so quickly to Rank 1 in part because Yuiko suddenly declared them friends during their first thread and Naoto was strongly touched. Yachiru is a ball of adorable energy and Naoto finds it infectious. Naoto doesn't really get super-long lives of shikigami and mentally processes Yachiru as being the age she looks, which means a lot of respect for doing such a difficult and important job so young. Yachiru also comes across as bright, and capable in other areas which makes Naoto like her more. What Naoto has learned about Yachiru's world also has her curious to learn more about it. Naoto finds him intelligent, engaging, and challenging in some ways. He has a time or two, come up with things that she hadn't thought of first so there's just a faint edge of competition on her part. Mitsuru is intelligent, controlled and forceful, all of which Naoto likes. Her business-like air drew Naoto in right away and while the subjects they've discussed haven't been the happiest, the way Mitsuru handled them has really impressed Naoto. Naoto's curiousity has also been ignited, because of the Kirijo group and that unofficial project document she found about shadows and personas. The initial conversation got sidetracked before she found an avenue to ask but if she can get a chance to bring it up smoothly in conversation, she might. SpacerSpacer Bridget

Bridget is... interesting. While Bridget hasn't come out and said it yet, and Naoto won't assume out loud, Naoto is pretty sure Bridget is a boy--though why he dresses the way he does and yet asks Naoto for advice on being manly Naoto doesn't actually know. That issue aside, Bridget has given Naoto some interesting tidbits of information so Naoto is favorably inclined towards him and very curious. SpacerSpacer Ventus

They got off to a really bad start, and then he hit on her worst buttons. ...and then the conversation got weird and ended on a civil, if very uncomfortable note. The abrupt change in the tone of the conversation convinced her that he was probably just reacting badly to being kidnapped and their next conversation being civil reinforced that and brought her opinion to neutral. She is intrigued by their conversation of Pokémon weaknesses. "null here too, huh?" implied he is familiar with something similar in his home--presumably battles. She wants to find out what it is. ...also, she still doesn't know his name. SpacerSpacer Maebara Keiichi

They had a good battle and an interesting conversation...until Naoto told him she was a girl. He reacted by immediately imagining, and admitting to it, her in a maid's outfit--which really pissed her off. Naoto hates people treating her differently when they think she's a boy vs. when they think she's a girl and being objectified pings badly on her body image issues. It was made worse by him not understanding (or caring, in her opinion) why it upset her so her opinion plummeted. ...then he apologized, so he does get points for that.
