During Kelsie's first semester in grad school, one of her profs said "grad students have historically bonded over their misery." I believed it then when I was just a naive tadpole just starting out. I believe it even more today. I have such mixed feelings about the whole thing. On one hand, everyday is an intellectual adventure. I feel enlightened

also: i have run in to your dopple ganger twice on my walk home from the train. crazy. looks just like you when you had long hair and i figured out it wasnt you b/c now you have short hair. o.O still, tho.
