[It's been three weeks now. Three weeks since Mithos died. Yuan should know, he's the one who killed him. Now everything is quiet- too quiet. Revivals don't usually take this long, which means Mithos could very well be hiding out somewhere. Finally, he decides to put this to the test and makes an attempt to contact him.]

[Mithos frowns down at the journal, suspicious and alarmed. Yuan knows that he's returned, but it doesn't seem like he knows anything regarding his whereabouts or his condition... And he fully intends to keep it that way. Before replying, he'll obscure the small snapshot of himself - he isn't going to risk giving any clues away.]

What business is it of yours?

[He should start arguing with Yuan again. Angry words, harsh, cutting remarks, the normal pattern. Suddenly, he's tired of it. ...Well, no, maybe not so suddenly.]

Why not? [he re-reads what he wrote and hastily scribbles it out. then:] Fine. I don't care. [A huge lie, and he knows Yuan won't buy it. But he doesn't want to have this conversation with him, of all people, especially when his words match so closely with Martel's. Without waiting for a response, he closes his journal and blankly pushes it aside.]

[What a waste of time. Yuan still isn't sure why he allowed Mithos to bait him into this discussion in the first place.

At least he has his answer, now. Mithos is out there somewhere and it doesn't seem like he wants to be found.]
