Melinda's visa petition finally got accepted. Doesn't mean she gets a visa, but it does mean she gets a visa number, and will actually be able to come here once she fills out a bunch of background check/medical paperwork (which the embassy will dole out one at a time, with a hefty fee at every step). Ooo, Ooo, I'll help, but you'll need to bring someone else in on the computer models depending on what kind you are talking about writing. As in, are you using pre-existing models and bending them to your will, where I might be able to help, or are you talking starting from scratch here? :p And yes, it does sound like fun. Why do you think I wanted to go into forestry? I just wish it was less technology and more field work. Unfortunately it's going the opposite direction in that field. For me it would be the underlings playing outside while I was stuck inside analyzing and what not everything they gathered.
