the weather according WKTV: is -16 degrees, feels like -36 degrees. that is UNACCEPTABLE. i tried walking around downtown to starbucks today but then my nose hairs froze and my legs went numb where the jacket didn't cover them, and my face started burning and i thought it would probably be a better idea to go home and make some coffee there ( Read more... )

Ahhh that is terrible. Brandon and I were moaning about the weather here - tomorrow it is supposed to be like 12 degrees here. Luckily I'm not working this week though - last week I had to take 40 high schoolers around DC for long stretches out in the cold. The kids from the south don't fare too well!

I think your trip sounds fabulous though - Brandon went to India last year and really enjoyed it. I totally think you should come to DC though - I love it more than ever!
