Ok, so today I was watching abc saturday morning cartoons and Kim Possible was on. I guess her dad was mad at her or something and he used her full name: "Kimberly Ann Possible." How weird is that!? It's crazy. Anyway, so I have other, more-relevant-to-actual-life, stuff to write.

Last night I went to see Terra Naomi at the Twiggs Coffeehouse with Emily, Ellie, and some others. Oh my goodness, she was so amazing. Her voice is amazing to begin with and then she not only plays the guitar and piano beautifully, but she also writes all of her own music/lyrics. I guess there are many people who can do that, cause otherwise we wouldn't have music, but it's just amazing cause, well, the world revolves around me and I can't. It was just amazing. I love fantastic outings to small, low-key coffeeshops to listen to some quality music. I also got tea and kinda hurt my hand on it (the hotness and all) but it's ok.

Oh, and we also got to meet her. Emily went to see another one of her shows(on the night of winter formal) so she showed up in her formal dress and took a picture with her and tyler hilton...so, we were in this hallway, waiting for the bathroom and she came out of this secret doorway, and was like, "hello." And Emily was like, remember me, I was the one in my formal clothes. And then we shook hands and talked to her for a minute...and then the bathroom opened up...and she stole it...but it's ok cause, ya know, she had to perform so she needed the bathroom more. I don't think she realized we were waiting. Heh, so it was probably kinda weird when she came out and we were still standing there...:/

So, today, Emily and I walked to the lake and studied psychology...then we came home, went to the track fundraiser for a bit, and then studied some more. We got through quite a bit...but there's still quite a bit left. We're taking it a step at a time.

Ok, and now I'm going backwards in time to discuss my lovely friday (afternoon). BTW, how happy am I that the US history test is over?? So happy! So, I was leaving school and I started to go down ridge manor and then my car sorta started to shake...glancing down at the gasometer (for lack of a better term) I began to curse myself for not realizing sooner that I was a bit low on gas..."a bit low" meaning empty. So, I thought to myself, "Ok, if you can just make it up this little hill (Madra) then you can coast down to the gas station...good plan, right? Wrong. I began to turn the corner and my car completely failed on me...I was so disappointed.

So, Keagan and Riley's mom was right behind me and she pulled up beside me and rolled down her window to see if I was ok. I told her I ran out of gas as Keagan rolled down his window to point and laugh histerically at me (thanks Keagan). She was very helpful...she told me I could call AAA or, if I wished, she could drive me down to the gas station and they could loan me a container to take a gallon of gas to my car so I could drive to a gas station. Unfortunately, when we got there, we learned that they no longer provide the loaning service and that a gallon container of gas must be purchased for $17.

So, I decided to call AAA. Mrs. Oneil drove me back to my car and the AAA guy came to put gas in it. I felt really stupid...sitting on the corner waiting for AAA. People kept driving by, asking me if I needed help or a phone or something and I kept telling them that help was on the way and thank you. But then, Mr. Ojeda and Mrs. Swikard drove by in their little bug, followed by Mrs. Stevenson, and neither of them even noticed the poor little red-headed girl standing on the corner (who is in their class by the way!) Oh well, I think it was for the best. I was sort of praying that they didn't notice cause that would be a bit embarrassing. So, that is the end. Wasn't that a lovely story...you can laugh at me as you fall asleep tonight...or tomorrow.

Oh man, I forgot to tell the story about my poor dog (her obnoxiously loud snoring reminded me). So, Molly is a bit overweight...she's on a diet, we're trying to help her. And so I took her on a walk the other day which ended up being like 45 minutes (some good exercise for her, but she was pretty pooped by the end). And then my sister took her on a long walk the next day. Later that day she was limping a lot, so we got all worried that she had something in her paw or that her hip displacia was bothering her or something. But, I think she was just sore from the walks...I guess it's like when you haven't been running in a really long time and then you just go out and do a 10 mile run...not too smart, leaves you a little sore. It was so sad though, she has been shifting around trying to find a position to sleep in that doesn't hurt. Hah, it's a little funny too though. I gave her a futon pad that I usually make Ellie sleep on and it seemed to ease the pain...it's actually pretty comfortable. The end. Poor dog. It's nice that she isn't so hyper right now though.

Goodnight.
