2015 Summer Exchange - Rules and Sign-ups
Hello and welcome to forvixx, who are presenting you our 3rd event, 2015 Summer Fic Exchange.
Please read all the rules before signing up! They're important and we've made a few changes since our last exchange.
RULES AND DETAILS:
• This is an anonymous fic exchange, so keep your assignment and your recipient a secret until reveals! Especially to friends who are fellow participants!
• Your fic should have at least 2000 words. No less, but gladly more.
• For the check-in, we’d like you to send us a draft of what you have been working on so far, but there is no minimum word count for the draft you send in. We understand that everyone writes at their own pace. Further details regarding the check-in will be announced when it approaches.
• If we don’t get your check-in, we’ll take that as you dropping out of the exchange. Please do not drop out by not sending us your check-in, inform us directly instead and as fast as possible.
• You will be blacklisted from future exchanges if you drop out after the last day of drop out.
• If you disappear without a word during the exchange, you will receive a warning. If this happens a second time, you will be blacklisted as well. We understand that life can get in the way of fandom, but please let us know if that is the case!
• Please do not sign up if you feel that you are unable to finish your fic.
• Please contact the mods as soon as possible if you realise you won’t make the deadline and you need an extension.
• Crossovers are allowed, but please be aware that there might be less who are able to write these.
• No non-con (rape). We do not accept non-con as a plot devise in this exchange.
• If you have signed up as a pinch-hitter, your second assignment might not match your sign-up form. You may decline if we ask you about pinch-hitting; all we want from you is to finish your own assignment.
• Sign up with an email that you regular check. Besides your assignment, a lot of information will also be sent to the participants by mail, so please remember to check your mail during the exchange period.
• When the time comes, email your fic to forvixxmods@gmail.com, in either .doc, .docx or .txt. More details are to come when we get closer to the deadline.
• The mods will format the layout of your fics when it is posted. However, we want your document to include proper HTML coding for e.g. bold or italic text. We want our fics to look proper, don't we? - You don’t have to format the LJ-cut html, the mods will do that for you.
• A beta is highly recommended! Please do not ask a fellow participant to beta your fic. If there seems to be a general problem with finding beta-readers, the mods will try to help reaching a solution. You may indicate this in your sign-up form.
• When you receive your fic, even if unsatisfied, please do respect the author who tried their best to write the fic for you, and do not write anything negative about it here. If the author has written something that you feel uncomfortable with that you have included in the ‘cannot write' section, you can PM the author about it. We want to keep the tone in this community nice.
• We encourage everyone to read and comment on the other fics posted in relation to this challenge besides the one written for you. Spread the love!
• A masterlist will be posted along with the reveals by the end of the exchange.

✔ Leo/Hongbin, Taekwoon moves to Seoul for the music he wants to pursue, but Hongbin is what makes him want to stay.
✘ Hongbin is a royalty of the Summer Kingdom.
✘ Leo/Hongbin, Hongbin is a royalty of the Summer Kingdom and Leo is the prince of the Winter Kingdom. Hongbin’s parents sets up a marriage between him and Leo’s sister for the sake of uniting their kingdoms, but while he’s visiting to meet her, he falls in love with Leo at first sight instead. As the two princes, they end up spending a lot of time together, like going hunting and racing, which only makes Hongbin fall deeper in love. He doesn’t want to cheat on his fiance, but it gets harder and harder to hide his feelings. One day his fiance runs away with the gardener, and everyone panics to get the princess back, especially Hongbin who feels guilty for not being affectionate with her. After they set out to rescue her, Leo realises Hongbin’s feelings for him, but he doesn’t know if he loves him back.
