Another Day, Another Blown-Out Knee

Nov 03, 2010 06:34

ACF Fiorentina communicates that the diagnostic tests on Sebastien Frey have revealed a subtotal lesion on his anterior cruciate ligament. This means surgery is necessary to stabilise the knee and that will take place over the next few days. The prognosis for his complete return is between four and six months.
Over to you, Artur.

I'm getting a distinct Tonya Harding/Nancy Kerrigan vibe.

DID YOU GET MY PM FROM LAST NIGHT? Great minds, is all I'm saying. (I suspect the Lizard Guild.)

It's the fact that it's the knee... And Artur was jealous anyway. Of course, Harding got her boyfriend to do the hit; not sure if Artur's got one yet. (Does that mean Yitch took out Titch? Oh, mean, very mean. But ooh, Castellazzi and JC... I see your point. Thank god JC won't be out for 4-6 months.)

Fiorentina urgently need to bring in those wobble board exercises. They don't seem to know what an ACL is.

Well, whoever did it for Artur is way more effective than Tonya's boy -- didn't he just induce a little bruising? Artur's posse is much more effective. (Thankfully, they didn't quite have the details worked out when the impressively invisible JC attack was launched.)

Was your concert smashing?
