Cool card design, rottweilers aren't stupid though...unless you were basing the intelligence as overall in relation to a human's?

oh yeah i know they arent stupid for dogs. Rots are probably in my top 3 favorite dogs :)

In our game intelligence correlates to their ability to navigate the city. Some things like climbing a chain link fence, opening a sewer manhole, doors etc. Dogs wouldnt be able to do these and thats why I gave him only 1 intel. He is also the only animal so, yes, it is relative to a human as well.
