Just as soon as I can afford it, I'm buyin' me a raccoon! I met a guy today that sells hand-raised pet raccoons. The one he had with him was exceptionally cool, just like Bobby Vinton isn't. $115 gets you a declawed, defanged, whistletrained, hand-raised 6 month old raccoon with dayvision. I tell you, that is a bargain for me.

Yes, I know. Things'll get better. I just hope we have a home to live in when they do.

And it continues. I send this body of mine lurching through night after night of work and what do I get for my trouble? Not enough money to pay the mortgage. Or the gas bill. Or the property taxes. Angil and I watched "Van Helsing" and "Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle". Van Helsing was a boring waste of $2.50. Sure, they managed to cram Dracula, Frankenstein's monster, werewolves, and Doctor Jekyll & Mr. Hyde into one movie, but they forgot to throw in little things like a compelling plot, well-fleshed out characters, and dialog.
