I had a naughty day yesterday. I accidentally bought an £85 dress from french connection. woopsie :) here tis - poor quality of pictures is due to use of laptop to take them (I nearly fell off the chair twice.)

No need to feel guilty, it's a serious investment piece. In other words. it looks lovely and will be enormously useful. Wear it lots.

Yes, it's very pretty indeed. Trust your godmothers to encourage you in this! Nel's right, though, it is an investment buy, as long as you wear it lots and look after it. Your father's comment (after exclaiming in astonishment about the size) was "She does look very good." Take that as approval from the paternal unit if you will.
