okay, 1st - when I move back to FL, you are having me over for dinner and Peter is cooking this meal. I am also going to be watching over his shoulder the whole time as he cooks:) 2nd - since it's a while before I'll be there, I'm going to try this on my own....

lastly, i don't know if Peter has ever tried this, but the best fettuccini I have ever had was in the bahamas and I believe what they did was simmer the sauce with red peppers to give it some additional flavor - YUMMY. SO HUNGRY NOW!

and yes, make this! and then you will want to make it every night (or at least i want to eat it every night.)
