I know I'm not eating the most healthy foods, but I don't have the time or money (atm) to go shopping for new healthier foods. I'll prob. go next weekend.

Exercise
Walked for 1 hour-- 6 laps-- that was 4 laps this morning/40 minutes and 2 laps/20 minutes this afternoon. I'm going to try to build up to 1 hour each time I walk, but I don't want to burn myself out, so I'm pretty pleased with the one hour total.

Looking forward to getting the pedometer in so I'll know how far I'm walking and how many calories I'm burning.

Looking into buying the exercise ball still, not sure which one I'm going to get, and from where. I just ordered a few things from amazon, so I don't know if I want to place another order there so soon-- although, I didn't pay shipping on the order I just placed. I may shop around and see if I can get any deals. Although, most of them are ~20$, so that's not bad at all. Going to look into ankle weights too, but that'll prob. wait. I need to balance my checkbook and might have to put that off until I get next semester's fin. aid in.
