Okay, I didn't get any exercise in today. =( I was at my parents' house pretty much all day long. I just got home at ~11:30. :/ My uncle was in town. We've not seen him in 10 years, since my grandfather's funeral. It was a complete surprise. He's cool, he's just like my dad, only... laid back. So, that's why I didn't walk. great job today, it's so hard for me to stay in control when i am at my parent's home, i don't think i've ever done well there, keep it up! :-)

Thanks! I thought it'd be more difficult than it was. I'm getting better at resisting the urge though! I love food, tasty food, that is. But it's like, I love my health more. So I've got to do this. My mom was no help. The turtle pie, she was like, "Are you sure you don't want any?" She kept asking, and asking. And then finally was like, "What about just a little sliver?" lol Woman's relentless.

My parents' has always been a weak point for me though. Everyone pigs out there. Like today, everyone just about had their own rack of ribs. It's amazing watching the gorging from the sidelines. I never realized how much they we ate.
