Not a whole lot of anything special today. I did sneak in a weigh this morning. I've finally made up for the cheese stick faux pas. So yay. Official weigh in tomorrow.

I put in 3 miles this morning. And at this mo. my pedometer says 3.5 miles. I had tennis shoes on today and that seems to produce a more accurate reading than say, mules. I don't understand why. But anyhow, that's the numbers. I think that's fairly close. Not sure if I did a full half mile of non-exercise walking though.
