Just a quickie.

I think I'm probably going to end up letting this journal subside. I was big on it at first. But now, I'm not all that interested in counting my calories. It seems the fewer I eat, I lose less. So, I'm just going to stick to eating healthy, without counting every single calorie and exercising. So if anyone actually reads this, I'm so sorry ( Read more... )

Oh, no worries. And I'm not closing up shop completely. I'm just not going to update with my daily diet & exercise. It's so boring anyhow, I wouldn't have anything to comment on it myself. :p I'm not deleting my groups or friends though, and I'm still reading. If I have anything important to update about, I'll certainly do that.

I took some tylenol, still trying to decide if I want to chase it or not. heh If you like you can add my other journal. Although I gripe and complain and sware and bitch in it a lot. And if you'd ever like to chat, I have Yahoo & MSN. I have AOHell too, but I'm not big on using that.

Thanks! It's a small victory, but I'll take it gladly. I'm at the lowest weight I've been in resent memory. =)

Aww :( Also, you might do better with learning about exchanges..try looking it up on the net, you could how many protein, carbs, veggies etc you eat each day rather than calories. Diabetics use it and my program uses it as well, it usually proves to be easier and more successful than counting calories..if you decide to try it check out the Mayo clinic cookbook-its a bit pricey but has some GREAT recipes and each recipe has the exchanges right there!
Keep us updated on any milestones etc! I would love to hear about it!

Meh, who says you have to count cals! :) I have once in a while, but I hardly want to journal about it. Hell, I even hate journaling about working out or whatever - usually when I do its just to remind myself that I do enjoy it and should do it.

Now I get to go back and find out what this other entry was about :)
