Adobe Illustrator. This is version CS3, but I still use v10 quite happily.

I have Illustrator 10 somewhere - I never could figure out how to use it as well as CorelDraw, but trying to do something like this in CD would be...challenging. My enduring problem with CorelDraw is that it tends not to be very precise when snapping objects to guidelines, objects to each other, etc. It's been a long time since I tried to use Illustrator - I think one of the main things I had a problem with at the time was that Illustrator didn't support transparency gradients. I also had difficulty using nodes and node editing in Illustrator - not that it lacks functionality, it's just different from CD, so I'm sure it had a lot more to do with me getting frustrated than with Illustrator per se.

I used Corel Draw back at version 6 I think. I found it to have a lot more features than AI, but to be a fair bit less accurate: it seemed to draw circles as polygons. AI is harder to get on with, less instincitve, but can be made to be fiercely accurate. I'd be lost without Preview mode and Smart Guides.
