Sadly this type of thing has to occour. I used to do her job (well... not HER job per se) and you'd be suprised how many times the system said "beutolin" and the 'script came in as "ventolin". I'd call the doc & ask about it and the doc would say "oops - sorry, that's wrong"
Unfortunately the buck stops with the pharmacist as they are responsible for dispensing. However, they shouldnt be overly reliant on what their system says if the customer is proving their system wrong. If really worried, they should speak to the doctor, not hassle you...

Know how frustrating it is when you're totally familiar with what your prescriptions should be and have to put up with patronising lectures
