Since Paula's nicked hair, I'll add that I also envy your ability to be totally frank and open about your opinions whilst still being charming and without sounding like a twat. If I try to be blunt and frank, I veer into being harsh, abrasive, pushy. You never do - you come across as strong without being overbearing.
