I think it would be hard to find a Rent or Broadway fan in general that did not know of the event taking place this evening. Adam Pascal and Anthony Rapp's highly anticipated return to the Nederlander brought a crowd the likes of which a lot of us had never seen. thank you so much for posting this. i've been looking for an account of how the show went from someone who was actually there, and i'm so glad to hear it was as fantastic as i expected... and now i'm even more excited to see them. thanks again!! :]

remember how you said you wanted to write reviews for a living? well, this one right here shows me that you have what it takes to do it. even if i wasn't a fan of rent, having read this would have made me want to go..be a part of this wonderful experience. whether it's because i'm a fan of rent, jonathan's, or pascal and rapp, you, or if it's just because of the way you described the show...it gave me chills and i seriously worried i might shed a tear. two thumbs up.
