I like drugstore.com/beauty.com too - they always have good CS & shipping speed. If you want superfantastic box color, spring for the Fekkai 'salon' color, I used to spend hundreds of dollars doing what those kits do for $30 bucks.

So somebody stole your hair dye? There's part of me which imagines, when these things happen, that the person will go "This is of no possible use to me! I'll go put it back." But stuff like that only happens in the criminally deceptive stories they tell little children to make them conform and obey.

LOL. I dont know if they actually took anything from the car, just broke the window and made life hectic and unpleasant because we had to take for repairs.

If they have a good digital PR and research team, they'll find this. You can also send it on over to Comsumerist, and they'll for sure see it.

I hope so. I do some SEO and ORM and I know if it were a ping about my company I'd find it. It's so important to not just complain loudly when things go wrong but say nothing when things go right.

When you pay via paypal, which I do, even though there is not a field to specify this, you can put in parentheses in your address under the rest (please require signature for delivery) AND THEY WILL. You don't even have to make a call to UPS or a call to drugstore.com.

Yea verily! I am all about good service. When I am provided good customer service, I make sure to tell people about it. Good for you spreading the word 8D
