I had good luck at some back alley fantastic sams/supercuts down past the futon shop. no way in hell im paying ridiculous salon prices for shitty haircuts

It depends on how far out you're willing to go - I found a $8 haircut place a block or two beyond the San Antonio shopping center (which can be accessed via Marguerite), though I think there are probably a few $9 along El Camino that are a tad closer. From what I've heard, the mall has better prices than the one on campus, but it's still over $10.

I'll give cheap haircuts. as long as you don't mind a few nicks and bald spots.

On California, next to Noah's Bagels (I don't know the exact street, sorry) there's a place that gives haircuts for ~$10 (give or take $2) with an SUID.
