*Sam hated elevators. Well, he hated to be stuck in them. Not that he figured many people would like being stuck in them. Unless they had super powers and could break free.

He did not. Which was why he was sat down, back against the wall, looking up towards Jan.*

[Stupid dorm elevators. Never working when they should. Jan had hit the emergency buttons so that someone knows that they're stuck and it's the middle of the afternoon, so someone should be around soon to get them out. Now all they could do was wait.

She turned around to apologize to Sam for the elevator craziness, even if it wasn't her fault, pausing when she sees him on the floor. Oh. She hadn't known...Sitting down next to him, she wrapped her arm around him.] Hey.

*Sam shifted an arm of his own so he could wrap it around her. Elevators and heights. He wasn't into either of those so much.*

[Jan snuggled closer and kissed his cheek.] Next time we take the stairs.

I wouldn't pass out! It'd just take most of the day to get to the room.

Okay, okay. Then I don't wanna spend all day walking on stairs.

Maybe we could save time going down the stairs by sliding down the banister instead?

Then maybe we'll have to deal with the elevator occasionally. Even if it does get temperamental.

I guess so. Shame we have to. *To say he hated it, Sam was keeping it together well. Of course, had Jan not been there he would have been pacing and hitting the buttons every 10 seconds in a futile attempt to make it work.*

They'll fix it soon. [She'd gotten stuck on the elevator before, but she figured it was better that she didn't tell him that. The maintenance people had been quick to fix the problem so why give him more to worry about. Sighing, she cuddled closer. At least they were together, even if this wasn't the best way to spend the afternoon.] I'm sorry, Sam, but my Supergirl costume didn't come with super powers.

Yeah, yeah they will. *He half smiled though and tilted his head to rest it against hers.* Just with a total hot girl wearing it. Guess I can deal without the super powers in that case.

I think I'm supposed to argue over the 'hot girl' thing, but I don't want to.

I wish we weren't stuck, but I'm glad you're with me.
