A return note finds its way to Adam's mailbox. Both envelope and notepaper are of cheerfully-bright hues, the envelope orange, the paper yellow. The note's written in blue ballpoint ink, in a loopy, large, somewhat eccentric script that somehow entirely suits its owner.
Adam,
You'd have been right. I've never seen a Broadway show. I promise to try not to pick anything too intolerable.
And I do appreciate it. Thank you for remembering, and for being so generous. And, you know. Being you.
