Seph? Not sure your being a Goddess here matters. You'll still get sick. Unless, or until you manage to get back your immune system back the way it was. Be careful.

From what I gather it was a break-in though I don't know who was involved. More than the first time, obviously. Humans don't learn.

I admit that I admire their courage, but I am tired of being dragged into their affairs and reaping the rewards of their failure. I will not tolerate being sick.

I don't think it can. I've been looking up influenza and vaccines in the school library, but I haven't seen this strain mentioned.

What does it say about the other kinds? Are they deadly?
