Wikington Crescent is a version played on Wikipedia. Players start with a 'Random Article' and must navigate to the Mornington Crescent tube station article by clicking through links on the random article and subsequent articles. Hmmm - I see there's still scope for a lateral shunt, given that Wikipedia has discussion pages. (I won't insult by detailing the obvious.)

Careful not to link through the Aldwych article, mind you.

Let's try a more creative one here ...

Aldwych -> Picadilly Line (it's on it) -> Leslie Green (Tube Station Architect) -> MC

But of course as a) Aldwych was a branch terminus, and b) it's shut so tends not to go anywhere. Unless you are V/Evie and have a tube train full of explosives (Aldwych was used for those scenes apparently.)

-winces- Aldwych move, very dangerous. If someone had edited an article underneath you, you'd've been in knip, and with no scope for diagonal loops in Wiki, you'd've been stuck.

Ditto 5 on Eldons galaxias. I think we're probably proving the "X degrees of separation" theorem, as applied to the Wikipedia network.

How about from "Random Page" to MC and back again by a different route?

eg:

Lorien Trust -> BBC -> Central London -> Camden Town -> MC

MC -> London -> Horror film -> Undead ->Lorien Trust

Although this does have London vs Central London, so not technically the same articals.
