Possible error - this almost makes it sound funny in a "ha-ha" way, rather than funny in a "involved in a car crash, crawl out of the burning wreckage and get handed a gas bill" way.

it got close in places. I think there was nearly 10 minutes of actual comedy. But that left 2h30 of 'are they serious?' and 'are they joking?' in equally horrified percentages...
