It's my first day with a new group, and the group is just fun - not too large, no-one who seems doomed from the start (that's always aweful; I try hard to help them and invest a lot of time and effort and then they fail anyway because ... to stuck in their habits, not interested enough, wrong sort of course for them, whatever).
