It's a pretty good start, but do you think you can narrow down your roadmap even further, maybe hone down certain areas? I also think it's a good idea to set a one year goal. You have 5 and 10, but having shorter termed goals gives you that sense of immediate reward, enabling you to stay on task for your longer-term goals.
