I heard about that but I hadn't found out the person's name yet. I'm not sure if I knew Shane but his name is familiar. My dad's best friend and our next door neighbor, Dale Adams, died on the same river about ten years ago.

My boys were at the Coosa too. I wonder if they ran into one another...

that's horrible that your dad lost 2 friends in the same year...
