this is going to be harder than i thought. lost it and smoked at 1:47. all i could do was lie in bed and watch grease. now i'm dancing and watching youtube vids of people in my dance community. salsa class is in four and a half hours. gotta make it across town somehow

Planning was to start up my exercise regime again today and follow one of the literal diets on Pro-thinspo.com haha :]
For some reason when its written out there and others do it seems way easier. Haha. Generally I do 90 min bikram yoga 5 times a week and try to figure out some other stuff, but Im gonna plan it this now. You?
Today I'm kind of just eating normally and putting some time in on the treadmill, I work horses pretty much all day long haha, so at least thats an activity. :]

Ya im a fine arts and dance student but these hang ups i have are really getting in the way of that! so i hoping that through this diet i will once again regain control over my life again!
It sounds like you get a lot of exercise! what are your weight goals?
