In September of 2010 I separated my left shoulder.  :(  It is mostly healed.  I thought it was all healed but as I've been trying to do this 100 push-ups a day challenge the left shoulder has gotten more and more aggravated ( Read more... )

Yeah, I'd spread out the sets so as not to unduly aggravate the shoulder.
