halloween

alright folks, i need your help.

i need costume ideas. something fairly simple. not sports related or anything that requires skin tight clothing (that means no superhero outfits either). would be nice if it's something that could pass as a costume and regular clothing... if i were an eccentric. ;)

i thought of that but the owner of the bar who's hosting the halloween party said that if i did that, he would charge me double at the door and at the bar. i think he has a bone to pick with The Guy Upstairs. lol

I had a really, really simple outfit one year. I made a hangar to come out of the back of my jacket and then put one of those plastic cleaners bags over my jacket that it came back from the cleaners in. I was a clean coat. It also kept it from getting spilled on, so it was practical as well. (I did make a hole to hold drinks through though)

that sounds like you went to sea world and sat in the first few rows! and you just forgot to take out the hanger. :D

LOL Though it did have the "Blah Blah's Cleaners" written on it. The hanger was pretty lame looking. What happened was that I wanted to dress like a pimp, but no one had a pimp enough coat but all the coats were in cleaners bags which gave me the other idea.

Clark Kent! Horn-rimmed glasses, button-down shirt, unbuttoned just enough to show a Superman-suit underneath, etc. Similarly, Peter Parker, which may have more props, i.e. a convenient camera to take pictures at the party.

*grins* Guys are so lucky. I can't think of a single female superhero with an alter ego, myself - Sydney Bristow was the closest thing I could come up with.

Yer welcome. ;)

Well, I'm going as a fairy princess, and since I'm making my costume it is starting to look more like a punk fairy princess because my skirt looks all crazy like. If it wasn't for the fact that I had the wings already I may have been able to come up with something cool like Sydney Bristow. You could have gone as Supergirl/Linda Danvers.

I like the Piece of gum stuck to your shoe idea: Dress in all pink and attach a shoe to the top of your head. Haha

make a cardboard box look like a nightstand and wear a lampshade as a hat and go as "a one nightstand"

I would, but instead I just went out and bought my garter and thigh highs for my little bo peep show costume.
