they mention that this isn't the first time he misdiagnosed. but throughout the show, he's never missed one (except for that old woman that died years ago in the famous "God vs. House" episode). so now that he's in withdrawl is when they show him fallable? that's a bit much. i would've prefered him have a mistake and cameron or someone catching it than house making the call. and cuddy have her meltdown in the office? shouldn't the blinds have been down if she was going to show emotion? i'm nit-picking but i've held house to a higher standard for a while. i don't want it to start to slip.
