I just did this for wintergarden so i'll just quote me.
I need more books too so i'll be taking notes here! My favourite books are bejing doll & catcher in the rye. I wouldn't reccomend the first one unless you like reading someone's diary. A pretty amazing girl all the same though, this book was banned for being too truthful about Bejing's youth.

Katherine Hepburn - Barbara Leaming (if you like bios, this one is awesome)
Wuthering Heights - Emily Bronte
A Dolls House - Henrik Ibsen

Jane Eyre - Charlotte Bronte & Wide Sargasso Sea by Jean Rhys

And for complete light reading:

Hey there! :D

Well one of my favorite books is Speak by Laurie Halse Anderson. The beginning is a bit slow, but once you get as to why the character is acting the way she is...gah it becomes phenomenal. Definitely recommend ;)

As for books, I honestly read a lot of series. LOL. My favorites are the Dark Secrets series by Elizabeth Chandler, Daughters of the Moon by Lynne Ewing, and The It Girl by Cecily Von Ziegesar (So far only one book out and its by the same author as Gossip Girls but this book is so much better!). DOTM and DS are books that are more suspensful...but absolutely great writing and very different plots then most books. These are my secret fixations ;) LOL!

Great books though! Definitely won't disappoint!
