Does anyone know whether it is possible to change flights well ahead of time without an additional charge? Do you have to have cancellation insurance to do that ( Read more... )

However! If your in the TO for 12 hours, you would have time to leave the airport and go into the city, and take a gander! There's a bus that runs from the airport to the city (it's called Airport Express) and it doesn't take too long to get into Toronto popper. It can let you of fat one of the hotels that is right across from Union station! Or you know, you could crash at the aiport and nap :D
