A lot of the teens in my work neighborhood can act a bit wild. For instance, yesterday I had to kick out a group of them for getting into a fist fight in the library...then they knocked over stuff and said "kiss my ass" on their way out the door. When making the call, I'd consider sticking to the facts. "I'm calling about Joe Blow. Today he did XYZ. We'll have to ban him from the library for a week." I wonder if, being told or having it insinuated that her kid is 'bad' would just put her on the defensive or in denial. The less she can quibble with, the better.
